Yes, many clients use this option. All you have to do is add the clients as managers for orders that concern them. Afterward, they can monitor the entire progress of the work.

How are the data secured?

Amazon Web Services protect the entire data infrastructure. It uses the highest possible levels of data security in the cloud environment. APUtime is under ISO 27001 certification for cyber security with a one-year interval of periodic audits.

What is the difference between an employee and a manager?

The difference is in the level of rights of access to information. 1. Employee (Employee or external employee who performs tasks.) 2. Manager (Can create and edit projects to which he has rights) 3. Management (Has full access to all projects and manages subscriptions)

You can start paying as soon as you want to make full use of APUtime. At the end of the testing license, the assistant stops autonomously planning and leaves the project management to you. However, all your data will be retained and ready to be reactivated after the license payment. If the payment is not made within six months, we will remind you that your data will be deleted so that you can archive it in time, and after seven months without the payment, all the data will be deleted automatically.

Is APU connected to the office software package Office 365 and Google Apps?

APU provides integration of calendar (whether you prefer Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar), to ensure that scheduled tasks do not clash with, for instance, meetings or other events that you have marked down in your calendar. Moreover, APU also offers a cloud solution, e.g. Google Drive. You can save everything you need to your Google Drive.

The alert icon immediately informs the project manager that there is a risk of a project delay. In the overview of subtasks, the task is visibly marked as not completed. How the managers react is up to them. For example, it can urge the solver, hand over the work to someone else or postpone the completion date.

How does a time-limited “trial” license work?

The trial license is not functionally limited. The only limitation is the time it lasts. If you need more time to try ApuTime, do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I have part-time employees or external staff who are only available a few hours a week/month?

When starting using APUtime, adjust the default business hours for the entire company. You can customize it for each individual as needed. Set those hours also for the contractors who come to the company only on certain days, and the assistant will schedule tasks only for the time they are available.

The assistant suggests, but does not limit. The list of tasks to work on ranks based on priorities for the entire company and tells you exactly when the work should be completed. If you meet the delivery deadlines, you can adjust their order. In such a situation, you may not be fully aware of the possible impact on other projects, and you can easily delay other project deadlines.

The main priority for the Virtual Project Assistant is project completion time. The assistant reserves time and human resources for the given project. In the case of overlapping projects, eg due to lack of resources, the assistant will warn you that the project cannot be completed within the given deadline. The assistant allows you to work around the plan, but always informs you of the problem. The project manager must decide what has the highest priority. He has the option to allocate more resources and speed up work or postpone the completion date.

Yes, ApuTime can be integrated with all systems found at www.integromat.com. Nonetheless, before you start integrating, think precisely about the particular results. It is easy to connect two systems; errors occur in scenarios that do not come to your mind at first (exceptions from the set process, errors in the input data, etc.). It is usually better to leave integration to professionals.

Artificial intelligence constantly optimizes the work schedule. It alerts solvers and managers with an orange or red warning about tasks that are in danger of being delayed due to circumstances or that have already been delayed. It will also let you know about everything important by notifications and/or by e-mail.

APUtime does not replace CRM systems. Its primary purpose is autonomous and dynamic process control. It does not contain contact databases, communication history, or tools for building business relationships. However, you can easily connect it to the CRM system via Integromat and thus easily manage the processing of orders at the level of individual employees.
